Post-move "broom swept condition"
After your possessions have been removed, we offer an optional Broom Swept Condition service intended to leave your old residence reasonably clean and ready for the purchaser, landlord, property manager, or next occupant.

Broom swept condition is a lighter, move-out-day service — clearly distinguished from a full professional deep clean. If you need the outgoing property fully deep cleaned (for example, for a sale closing), let us know and we'll scope that separately.
